It's been 3 weeks since I ordered 2 woolworths vouchers and I'm still getting the run around from Xoxoday.com there is no urgency from Xoxoday.com to resolve this issue This is the worst experience I've had with any company ever

I got a 25 usd birthday gift from work - I thought the best option was the prepaid debit card from myprepaidcenter.com - but it basically doesn't work, even for the sites they say it should work on. The card is permanently declined. I complained to myprepaidcentrer who basically said nothing they can do and go back to xoxoday. Its now been 3 weeks and I either get no info or every couple of days a message that says sorry for the delay. When I email them nothing more than same message ane most recent one was polite but basically felt like they were just doing nothing. They don't vet their partners properly and myprepaidcenter.com is ripping people off based on online comments I see, and xoxoday customer service is appallingly bad. I assume I will never get the 25 usd back.

UPDATE: ISSUE RESOLVED! Xoxoday gave me an invalid code. The manager of the bakeshop said it is a used code. I did not have any problems with Xoxoday when they partnered with Giftaway Ph last year. But they changed partners and switched to Gifted Ph and now I am encountering problems with redeeming my reward. I already emailed Xoxoday's customer service but my isssue has not yet been resolved. I am so disappointed. UPDATE: ISSUE RESOLVED. I'M GIVING THEM 5 STARS!
