Title: Extremely Disappointing Voucher Redemption Experience with Xoxoday ⭐ Rating: 1 out of 5 My experience with Xoxoday has been extremely disappointing. when I attempted to redeem it, the system displayed a message stating that the voucher had already been redeemed, even though I had not used it. I shared screenshots and a video demonstrating the issue and followed the instructions provided by customer support. Despite providing the required evidence, I continued to receive repetitive responses without a satisfactory resolution. A reward intended to recognize an employee’s long-standing contribution should not turn into a frustrating experience involving repeated explanations and unnecessary investigations. What is particularly disappointing is the lack of ownership, trust, and effective customer service. Customers should not have to repeatedly prove that they have not used a voucher when the evidence has already been provided. I expect Xoxoday to take accountability, investigate the issue properly, and provide a clear and fair resolution rather than sending repetitive responses. I hope the company improves its voucher redemption process and customer support so that others do not have to go through a similar experience.

Their customer service is top notch and every single problem has a great solutions by them.

I tried XOXO Day, and the experience was disappointing. After completing a demo, the gift card voucher I received had already been used. I contacted their support team, and I’ve been trying to resolve this for about three weeks. It has now been 11 days since I last heard anything, and none of my follow-up emails have been answered. I have no resolution and no response. I’d be cautious about using them unless their support improves.

Customer service is terrible.

I redeemed a KFC gift card via Microsoft Rewards on October 9. After redemption, clicking to view my card redirected me to Xoxoday. The page stated I needed to wait up to 48 hours for the card code and PIN, but I never received them. I contacted Xoxoday support about this missing gift card problem. They assisted me and resolved the whole issue within around four days. The support team was helpful and patient. I’m satisfied with their service.

Such a fraudster…i am emailing them for 6 days for my voucher codes….either they don’t reply back or say wait for 48 hours more and waiting for more 48 hours again my voucher codes were not sent…worst customer support…never use xoxoday

Any company today who cannot process a digital transaction immediately should just go away. 24-48 hours given as a waiting time to receive your highly valued customer reward is a joke and out to serve themselves. A company who chooses this platform does not appreciate their employees or highly valued customer.

This website is selling gift cards they don't have. When you try to collect the voucher you might get a page saying please wait 48h. After the 48h the page doesn't change. The support is saying to wait more but I paid I want my product! In total I had 5 gift cards in thks state so it's not an isolated issue, they mass sell products they don't have. Update 13/10 the "middleman" where I bought the gift card refunded me but doesn't change my rating of this company. Selling products they don't have is such a bad move, how can you pretend "AI powdered rewards" when you can't be reliable with a good customer support. I would change my rating if they change how they handle issues. Their chat is a joke, the mail support takes eternity to get back to you with bad solutions like wait or we cancel your voucher and you check with the company that sold it to you.
