I redeemed an instant digital Apple gift card via my employer's recognition portal (Order ID: 42169198), and Xoxoday’s service has been a complete disappointment. Advertising digital cards as "instant" when you don't actually have the inventory is false advertising. The timeline of excuses speaks for itself: 1. At order: Link stated the card was "on its way" and to allow up to 24 hours (strange for a digital redemption). 2. 24h mark: their chatbot it does not understand the issue after trying multiple times so I contacted support via email, only to be insisted there was no issue and told me to try again. It still didn't work. 3. Follow-up: Support shifted the excuse, claiming the digital card was "out of stock" and delay is on their vendor side and to wait 2–3 working days. 4. 56h mark: Emailed again, only to be told to wait another 24–48 business hours. That puts a simple digital card delivery at 3 to 6 business days. Xoxoday is the worst redemption platform I’ve used. Extremely frustrating experience.

Ita been over a week and I still cannot access my voucher which when I click the link provided says on its way. It's normally instant when I ha e done this in the past. 8 days later I still see the same page. Ive tried countless useless conversations with the chat bot which always just ends in them saying it to wait longer. Them nothing except an email saying someone will be in touch. Twice now the emails I have received have said try emailing again during office hours or thay they are too busy and try again later. What an absolute joke!

Not instant - no matter what they say, do NOT believe any marketing that say's "instant"

I did not buy anything from Xoxoday. Reloadly/Swype (Nicolás) told me a $17 refund was sent to Xoxoday and that I should deal with them. Since then James Wilson, Nihal, Tousif Khan, Radha Bubna and Jhansi have each asked for the same information: a link, an email, an order ID they cannot find. A new agent, the same request. They asked for a personal call. I joined a Teams meeting on 30 September and asked to stay in writing because I do not speak English. On 2 October James Wilson asked again for an order ID. No $17. Endless template questions after a refund was supposedly already sent is mockery, not customer service.

Scam company! I have redeemed a gift card and cannot access the card to use it, always shows order on the way. The support keeps says 48h to resolve issue, but never resolve it and don't allow to refund as well.

Not able to get voucher code generated, it says try after 48 hours. I m trying customer support no one picks the call or responds to emails. Poorest level of service by this company. I have tried calling them and emailing them, also tried there whatsapp number. Even after 6 hours there is no response from any of the channels. Order ID 41908995. This I raise internally within my organization (tier 1 MNC) also who are rewarding, points which cannot be redeemed due to lousy company like this.

Made two voucher redemptions for a high-value gift voucher, both of which are now stuck on “Processing.” The product is explicitly advertised as “Instant Delivery,” yet support is now telling me that delivery is not instant and can take up to 48 hours. There is no mention of a 48-hour delivery timeline anywhere in the product listing or the Gift Card terms and conditions. What makes this worse is the support experience. They advertise 24/7 support, but their chat and phone agents are apparently only available during standard working hours. They also claim an email support SLA of 2 hours, while their Trustpilot responses apparently state 24 hours. So the advertised delivery time and support commitments don't seem to match the actual service being provided. Extremely disappointing experience, especially for a high-value purchase.
