Ernsthaft jetzt?

This operation is garbage. Said they'd tried to deliver an item, but I wasn't in. Video showed no attempted delivery, three people in the house and a dog. Asked for an explanation; was referred to ask the sender. No attempt to redeliver, no card through the door (but they never came, so that's not a surprise). From the other comments on TP about this company, it appears to be a scam where companies use them once and never again. I'd contact the sender, but since XL Courier doesn't provide that information, that might be quite difficult.

So, it seems you either have a great or a terrible experience with XL. Unfortunately mine is the second of these. We had ordered a bed which came in four packages, three arrived in a very timely manner from another courier company (well done DHL) but the fourth package was due to be delivered Monday by XL. It did not arrive and we received a message saying that they had incomplete address details. They had the same information as the other courier and my phone number so I do not really understand that. They asked for a location pin which I sent within 6 minutes of their request as well as some other location information. I followed up with their customer services team via what’s app this morning explaining that the package was urgent and the reason why. I would say that the general reaction was ‘bothered’. Bearing in mind that today is three days after the due delivery date the following is an extract from my WhatsApp chat. “ Please Note: Rescheduling will take 2-3 working days when parcel delivery failed.” “ yeah when we will reschedule , we will inform you here day before. thanks” “ It is impossible to redeliver to today or tomorrow Please Note: Rescheduling will take 2-3 working days.” “ We don't know yet. The package is still on its way back. Don't worry, we will notify you here the day before delivery.” “ We sincerely apologize for the delay with your order. but we have no option right now.“ Pretty poor eh? We now need to make alternative arrangements for a bed for my three your old grandson. I will update as the saga unfolds, I will also be contacting the supplier suggesting they hand their business to a more reliable courier, that should be pretty easy to find. An update. So after waiting a week this unbelievably terrible courier company tried to deliver our bed to the wrong address again. This is after I had sent them a google pin of our address, written instructions on how to find us and a what3words location. Just terrible. We now need to source a bed quickly so family have somewhere to sleep later this week. They are just terrible. Never use them, they deserve to go under.

Company moves like a complete scam. Lies about attempting delivery. Customer service is non existent. No communication. Your a delivery company that doesn’t deliver make that make sense ? I honestly wouldn’t be this enraged if someone could communicate and rectify my issue but looking at your reviews it seems like a pattern.

I bought a bed for my son nearly a month ago. He is still sleeping on a mattress. They have lied repeatedly about attempted delivery and then stated they could not find the address. A total scam for extortionate delivery costs. I have no bed and no refund from another scam of a third party sales. DO NOT TRUST!

I had a great experience with this company. I was a little worried when I seen the reviews but they keep in contact via the WhatsApp number and rang me when arrived at my property. The delivery driver was friendly, polite and I have no problem with my experience at all. 5 stars & an extra for the happy delivery driver

Would rate lower if I could. Paid £49.99 for delivery Wednesday/Thursday and when I tracked Thursday it said delivery had failed. No attempt to contact me or reason for failure given. I contacted them on WhatsApp and they said the driver couldn’t find address?! Never had this problem before with deliveries. I then had to message back and forth for a long time with pinned locations and they kept sending me google images of other properties. They now say they can’t deliver until late next week! Unacceptable. NEVER USE!
