Ignore the good reviews and take note of the negative ones. I wont repeat the same story as the negative ones but I very much had the same experience. they were responsive via WhatsApp, but I dare say if it was not for my due diligence communicating with original supplier and XLC them selves I would have probably waited much longer than I did. I dare say that this is a company that accept jobs from suppliers then await on delivering parcels until enough builds up in an area to make it worth while for them to be in that area with no consideration to the customer

Der Fahrer war unfreundlich unverschämt er wollte Geld 30€ dann hätte er das Fahrrad direkt in die Garage gestellt. Meine Frau sagte er solle doch in den Hof fahren um das Fahrrad direkt abzuladen das machte er nicht. So musste meine Frau den schweren Karton alleine in die Garage stellen. Ca. 20 Meter das ist kein Service bei einem Mann hätte ich das noch verstanden.

This company has to be the worst delivery service out there. I have been waiting for a parcel for one week and I have tried speaking to someone through chat. No answer at all. Tried phoning multiple times no answer. The customer service is definitely the worst and would never ever recommend this company. Considering it's only been going since 2020 the service is crap, so is customer service because there isn't any. I would like to know how a company with such bad rep can carry on being trusted.

Parcel due for delivery on Thursday but was brought a day early so I wasn’t expecting it. Courier assumed I was in and left parcel on the front doorstep. Cameras showed delivery took less than 2 minutes. Luckily I had only nipped out but parcel could have feasibly been in full view of the street overnight! Text message asking for feedback takes you to a 404 Error, so the company clearly don’t want customer feedback. Based on reviews here it falls on deaf ears anyway. Very poor service!

No delivery date was provided. Instead, I received an email at 22:00 saying the item was “out for delivery,” and it arrived at 06:30am — yes, 06:30am. It woke the entire house. My wife had to bring in a 50kg battery, and the delivery driver actually laughed when she questioned the time. I raised a complaint about their delivery practices. They claimed they would “review it,” but I highly doubt anything will change. Providing an expected delivery date and a reasonable delivery window is basic, standard practice. Delivering a heavy, expensive product at 06:30am without warning is unacceptable and frankly embarrassing for a courier service.

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with, they are lying about attempting a delivery when they haven’t attempted and customer service is extremely poor. Avoid at any cost

Extrembly rubbis customer service they never replay you back your money will hold for a month but they will never pick your phone

Terrible company. Claimed couldn’t deliver despite me working at the front of the house all day with 3 cctv cameras. So they don’t show up and send a message saying make sure you are in but provide no advice on when they will deliver. No response to emails, do not answer the phone, their chat-bot says you’ll get an email response but you get nothing. They were the selected courier by a previous supplier where I ended up cancelling the order - over the course of a whole week of no advice I was then going away on business and couldn’t stay around on the forlorn hope that they might turn up out the blue.
