After reading previous reviews, I was initially concerned about this courier. However, my experience was largely positive and can't really be faulted. My EcoFlow order arrived within the given time window (though on the slower side) and communication was good. I did need to call XLcourier, as couriers often struggle to locate my house. While they didn't answer, they followed up with a WhatsApp chat and as a result there were no issues finding the house.

Parcel from ecoflow came on the day they said got a phone call be 5 minutes and they delivered. I have another parcel ordered for today can't see it coming on a bank holiday fingers crossed only ordered yesterday
