Poor Build Quality - I have owned and used the Mogo 2 Pro…
I have owned and used the Mogo 2 Pro projector for two years. While the design and feature set look appealing on paper, the build quality is simply not good enough for a product at this price point. The hardware has failed just outside the two-year warranty period, and the damage is clearly visible. A core component like the USB-C port should not break under normal use. Another frustration is streaming compatibility. Although apps like Netflix appear available, the device does not work properly with several major streaming services in practice. For a projector marketed as smart and modern, this is a serious limitation. When I contacted support, the experience was equally disappointing. Rather than offering a meaningful repair solution or standing behind the product quality, I was given the runaround and ultimately offered only a small discount toward buying another unit. That is not a real solution especially when the concern is durability. At this price level, it is absolutely possible to buy better-built alternatives. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend choosing a different brand with stronger hardware quality and more responsible customer support.
