I can only relay my recent experience with XGIMI with nothing but a glowing review. I've recently, with the incredible help of Eudora, managed to purchase a Horizon 20 projector, at a discounted price, after reaching out to XGIMI's customer support team after a discount code expired. As I was just one day late claiming said code, Eudora couldn't have been more helpful in dealing with my request to have the code reinstated thus enabling me to make my purchase. The projector itself is simply outstanding, if you happen to be reading this review and concerned about buying the cheaper model in the Horizon range then don't be. The picture quality and especially brightness levels are exceptional, especially as this model sits at the bottom of the lumens levels in the range. I do have blackout curtains in my living room but the picture is still visible in my well lit room. Thanks again to the collective team @ XGIMI and especially Eudora, I look forward to exploring more purchases of other products in your range I'm interested in. Warmest wishes, Nick...x

Ich kann nur positives über den Kundenservice berichten. Sehr höfliche Kommunikation, Fotos & Videos geschickt, sofort ein UPS Label bekommen, hingesendet und paar Tage später ein Ersatzgerät bekommen. Besser ging es nicht.

⚠️ Très déçue par mon expérience avec XGIMI J’ai rencontré un problème avec mon vidéoprojecteur XGIMI : celui-ci présente un dysfonctionnement qui l’empêche parfois de redémarrer correctement. Après avoir fait des recherches, je constate que je ne suis malheureusement pas la seule à rencontrer ce problème. Plusieurs utilisateurs signalent des symptômes similaires sur différents modèles. Ce qui me déçoit le plus, c’est la prise en charge du problème. Lorsqu’un produit coûte près de 1 000 €, on est en droit d’attendre une fiabilité et un service après-vente à la hauteur du prix. Je trouve regrettable de devoir envisager de racheter un appareil neuf alors que le problème semble être récurrent chez plusieurs utilisateurs. J’avais initialement une bonne image de XGIMI et envisageais même d’acheter d’autres produits de la marque. Mais cette expérience a clairement entamé ma confiance. Avant d’acheter un vidéoprojecteur XGIMI, je vous conseille donc de bien vous renseigner sur les problèmes rencontrés par d’autres utilisateurs et sur la prise en charge proposée par la marque. Pour ma part, je réfléchirai sérieusement à deux fois avant de refaire confiance à XGIMI.

Like others, the product is great when it works. My Horizon recently did an automatic software update and now I get the red flashing light of Doom. This now doesn’t allow the projector to work😆😆. Mechanically it was fine, but with the new software patch it won’t project. If I unplug input it sometimes work. Contacted XGIMI, again naturally they (the bots is assume) informed me product is out of date and they could send a refurbish model. Avoid XGIMI - great product until it’s not thanks to software. Planned obsolescence anyone.

Terrible service and total violation of EU consumer law! Order #DE17819 I ordered 3D glasses and a projector as a gift for my son. The carrier was unable to deliver the projector, and the package was returned back to XGIMI ("Return to Sender") on July 2nd. Despite my numerous complaints and dozens of emails, the company flatly refuses to refund my money even though I never held the projector in my hands and never even saw it! Instead of taking responsibility, they keep feeding me canned template emails about "internal warehouse searches" and trying to shift the blame for their own logistical issues onto me. According to EU Directives and German Consumer Law (§ 357 BGB), I should have received my full refund within 14 days. It has been over 3 weeks now, meaning XGIMI is in official legal default. Their internal inventory chaos is NOT the customer’s problem. I strongly advise EVERYONE to avoid buying anything from xgimi.de. If you face even a minor issue (even one that isn't your fault), customer support will ignore you and refuse to help. Honestly, I'm almost glad I didn't get the device if it had broken down later, I would have lost even more money dealing with this support. If I had read the reviews earlier, I would have NEVER visited their website or placed an order.

Ich kann einen Direktkauf bei XGIMI nicht empfehlen. Ich habe meine Bestellung vollständig bezahlt, aber die Ware nie erhalten. DHL bestätigte, dass das Paket an den Absender zurückgeschickt wurde. Ich warte seit mehreren Wochen auf meine Rückerstattung. Statt einer Lösung erhalte ich vom Kundenservice widersprüchliche Informationen. Zuerst hieß es, das Paket sei zugestellt worden. Dann wurde ich sogar aufgefordert, Anzeige bei der Polizei zu erstatten. Später bestätigte XGIMI selbst, dass die Sendung an den Absender zurückgeschickt wurde. Trotzdem wurde meine Rückerstattung noch nicht bearbeitet. XGIMI verweist lediglich auf interne Prozesse zwischen Lager und Logistikabteilung als Grund. Ich habe das Unternehmen wiederholt um eine Rechtsgrundlage oder einen entsprechenden Abschnitt der Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gebeten, der die Verzögerung meiner Rückerstattung rechtfertigt. XGIMI teilte mir jedoch mit, dass der Kundenservice weder eine konkrete Rechtsgrundlage noch einen entsprechenden Abschnitt der Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen nennen könne. Ich habe weder mein Paket noch meine Rückerstattung erhalten. Trotzdem wurde meine Rückerstattung noch immer nicht bearbeitet. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht vom Kundenservice und der Art und Weise, wie mein Fall bearbeitet wurde, und kann aufgrund meiner Erfahrung nicht empfehlen, direkt bei XGIMI zu kaufen.

I placed an order : ( #DE17638 ) at XGIMI over a month ago. The tracking number shows the package as “delivered,” but I never received it. I filed a police report regarding the non-delivery and provided this along with other documentation to XGIMI’s support team when they asked for proof. Support told me they would look into it and requested these documents, which I submitted right away. That was two weeks ago - since then, complete silence. No resolution, no update, not even an acknowledgment. For a company of this size, this level of post-sale support is unacceptable. Promising to help, requesting official documentation, and then simply going silent shows a real lack of respect for paying customers dealing with a legitimate loss. I can’t recommend XGIMI at this point, not because of the product itself, but because of the complete lack of follow-through from their support team even after providing police-verified proof. I’ll update this review if the situation changes

Produit commandé, plus d'une semaine après aucune nouvelle du tracking. Le vendeur demande d'attendre sans rien faire. Inadmissible à ce prix. Pas de vrai SAV.
