At 1st terrible. no card sent...but then receive a "how did we do" correspondence. How about finish the transaction before asking how it went? Eventually all worked out. I was contacted via text and a link was sent. (Account would not 'resend or send" card to hotmail email. ) Have used since. But there just seems to be an issue with getting the card sent to Jesusisthe1truth@ hotmail which is one email I use...even tho I received the "verify your email" message.?? Good contact via text. Worked it out good customer service.

AVOID! I placed one order with this company successfully and then with my subsequent orders they started demanding personal information in order to process the order. This is not acceptable business practice and you should never provide personal details to anyone!

No complications/complaints. E-gift cards were ordered at 8:00am & 12:00pm, and were but delivered to my email at 6:00pm.
