I placed an order and was waiting to receive my gift cards. Gift cards didn't come today. I login to my personal account and saw the status order - Refunded! After I received a response from xeniagifts, I placed an order and received it in an hour. After that, I bought more Egifts, and I expect to receive it.

Egift does not arrive instantly, but arrives within 24 hours. Very good

Very easy to sign up and made purchases online but the wait for the gift cards can be stressful. Look forward to make more purchases if there are good deals.

Excellent pricing. A bit limited with number of gift card providers. Also careful with the delays if you need a gift card immediately, say your ordering a pizza or something.

Good selection of gift card options with reasonable discounts. Delivery speed was ok, not as fast as other e-delivery sites.

First time i tried this company. Delivery took over a day, but I did eventually get the gist card. I will try again, and see if the delivery is quicker next time.

Over all is great experience to purchase from Xenia, but it would be best to limit the time to send the code in 8-12 hours, took me almost 22 hours to receive my code seems a bit too long. Just a suggestion, Xenia is great 👍
