Very disappointed...can't get a verification email despite 3 or 4 attempts. No response to 2 emails. No phone number for customer service...was going to buy $1,000 worth of gift cards .but if I can't get verified how will I get my gift cards?

I asked politely minutes after my purchase if they can kindly send my gift cards ASAP because I need them before my item is sold out online. It has been over 13 hours and I still haven't received my $200 gift cards. Also, earlier today I tried to to buy Chipotle gift cards using the same credit card I've previously used here. Website kept stating it had a problem with my card. I checked my credit card: there's nothing wrong with my card, so Xenia blocked me from using it.

Your holidays discount doesn’t work so I reduced my purchase.

Very good discounts on an airline card and pizza card. Both worked perfectly. I did get a call from customer service to verify me as the credit card owner, but this was done promptly and easily and I appreciate them looking out for fraud on my card.

I am so glad I got to save close to 10% on Southwest gift cards.

No response to email about cancelation of order. No Christmas instructions on the last day to order. Very unprofessional. Ignoring the customer is the worse thing to do to a customer in my opinion.
