Hi Jeffory, I'm really sorry I didn't explain in more detail why we were forced to cancel your orders! Please allow me to explain further. We were unable to complete your orders because the seller who owned several of the gift cards you tried to purchase did not respond within the required time frame. Thus, we had no choice but to cancel your orders since we didn't have the gift cards necessary to complete them. This is highly uncommon, but happens more often during the holiday season when people are on vacation. We issued you a full refund immediately, which your bank has confirmed were received. Slow delivery
Maybe I’m too accustomed to Amazon’s extra fast delivery, but I think 9 days is a long time to wait for a gift card. But it did arrive! And they are gifts so I’m sure I’ll hear back if something is wrong.
