After looking into this, it looks like you were eventually able to get a response and that you were able to redeem your Netflix gift card successfully, and that the issue was caused by something on Netflix's end which got fixed. I'm not sure if that was a mistake or if this was, but we've replied to your email confirming your refund and cancellation. I looked into your case just now, and I see that the gift card seller for one of the brands you purchased (Jiffy Lube) took over a day to approve the order, which caused your entire order to be delayed. I'm very sorry for this, and we have reached out to this seller to warn them about their standing as a vendor on our marketplace, as they are asked to approve all orders ASAP despite meeting the one business day requirement. I see that your order ended up being delivered ~27 hours after you placed the order. The gift cards were sent to your email. Could you confirm that you received the gift cards?
