I love shopping with x8 drums. Website is easy to read and also there is a live support which helped me. However whenever i tried to get my 10% for the Laborday sale it did not change my total. For example i tried to buy the Toca Surf Drum but the total did not change after i inserted the code for Laborday sale.

X8 drums website is one of the best in the business. It's user friendly and has a modern aesthetic. It is easy to find things and it's the kind of place where I can spend a lot of time. Your prices are competitive with zzounds and musicians friend and often less with the free bundles that you offer. My main concern is that I called on three different occasions on the same day and no one picked up the phone! That would never ever happen at the other retailers. To your credit you answered the chat right away and perhaps that is the best way to contact you. But you should state that because it is frustrating trying to call and to constantly get no one on the phone.

Buying drums online in itself could cause concern, but X8 drums makes the entire process easy and comfortable. They are very detailed in showing numerous pictures of the product, along with videos, which gives you a chance to hear and see the drums in action before you buy. I've bought multiple drums from X8 and I'll be back for more.
