The description of the product was great, and easy to understand. The product was a little thinner then I thought it would be, but the quality was exactly what was in the description. Quick delivery, and the ability to call and talk to people who know what I need is great.

A couple of errors were made with some of my orders, but I admit customer service moved quickly to remediate the errors without questioning or without putting excuses. I like the different variety of instruments and some of the uniqueness of a few of them; that's why I continue to shop from them.

Okay, so this is my first drum buying experience, but it was a good one. First I watched the video on selecting the best size - I need a 12" drum head on a 24" tall body. The site then let me look at drums of just that size. I chose a Celtic style (I don't imagine ancient Celts sat in drum circles with their kilted djembes) because, well, I liked the look in the picture. And that's another thing: pictures galore. You can see what you're buying. Of course, lots of sites provide pictures, but still. And, of course, there are videos. Not just about sizing, but about tuning and playing and more. I intend to visit this site many times. You should, too.
