Austin BazaarReviews of austinbazaar.com

Placed an order with a scheduled delivery on Friday. Was delivered on a Wednesday and promptly taken off my porch. Be warned if you try to schedule anything. They basically told me I am out of luck and to screw off. Go to Sweetwater instead. They respect delivery instructions.

Unfair Return Experience – Buyers Beware I purchased a Roland FP-10 digital piano through Amazon from Austin Bazaar and returned it with all original items and accessories in the condition I received them. Despite this, Austin Bazaar deducted $100 as a restocking fee. They later provided photos showing marks on the piano, which I dispute, as these marks were not caused by me. I am disappointed with how this return was handled. For an expensive musical instrument, customers should expect a fair, transparent, and evidence-based return inspection. I’m sharing my experience so other customers can make an informed decision. If purchasing from Austin Bazaar, I strongly recommend photographing and video-recording the item and packaging before opening and before returning it. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about purchasing expensive instruments from this seller.

I ordered a keyboard based on "ease of operation" descritption on their website - The keyboard wasn't easy to use as all. Their customer service rep told me to boz and bring to fedex myself and there would be no futhrer charges. Austin Music said there would be NO CHARGE...They now claim I played and charged me a fee for minor damage ? i never took the keyboard out - realized it was nor working as promissed paid to box and return

I ordered a harmonica in the key of c and on the shipping info they said an A and then when I received it it is a Db. I can't get anyone in customer service. These people should have to know the alphabet to work with the different types and keys.

Terrible company

I received an Austin Bazaar squier Stratocaster guitar as a gift. what came in was NOT a squier. the serial number pulled up as a fake squier. the fret board was cracked, guitar body was cracked and paint had bubbles, the back plate was not fender original, the color was a fabricated version and not correct either. they are not selling real squier strats, at least, not through Amazon. highly recommend staying away from this brand. zero stars. fraudulent company. I took it to guitar center and they confirmed it was a FAKE! DO NOT BUY!!!

Bought a Vault EA-20 guitar "package" from them. Not everything promised in the package was delivered. Customer service did not help with issue. Guitar itself is very poor. It won't stay tuned & is very cheaply built. I do not recommend buying anything from them!

Avoid this company at all costs. They are a 3rd party seller on Amazon that will be uncooperative until the last possible moment. They sent me a left handed variation of the right handed guitar I ordered. They initially wanted to credit the guitar only and have me keep the cheap practice amp, but they finally heard my words, hopefully, and must credit the entire amount. They do not make returns easy and expect you to pay the shipping to send their mistake back. What type of company doesn't even bother to check the material that has been ordered for accuracy? A terrible one. Avoid this company named Austin Bazaar, and note that the other reviews are negative.
