In love with my Congas!
First class service, speedy checkout and description of item was dead on. The LP Mango wood congas were even more beautiful in person thanks X8 Drums!

Great Service!
I recieved the drum order very quickly. It was packaged so well. Very happy with the service. Then ordered a drum case and it came just as fast. Would order again and recommend them to friends and family.

Excellent Quality & Service
I spent a very long time researching Djembes and other instruments to purchase for use in our local drumming group. The ability to hear the drums on YouTube, see them in action, and all the helpful tutorials made me very confident in my selections. Have not received item yet.
UPS says delivered, but do not have item. Trying to follow up with this situation. X8drums contacted me immediately, very pleasant, pleasure to work with, I highly recommend them! I give them a % star PLUS!!!!

UPDATE: Catherine sent this email to me after finding out that the item was delivered: I wanted to let you know that I am very impressed with your company. I was given the chance to write a review on trust pilot, at the time my son had not received the order and I posted that on the review. I would like you to post for me that I think your company is great!! I received a call today from Art. He assured me that if my son did not receive the order that you would take care of that. It is great to know that you company follows thru on reviews and strives to givee great service. My son confirmed today that he received the package. I called Art back to let him know. OK. A good video, but really for the most basic student that has almost no musical knowledge.
Good video for an individual with no musical experience. I consider it a starter video.

Bought goat skin replacement head
The description of the product was great, and easy to understand. The product was a little thinner then I thought it would be, but the quality was exactly what was in the description. Quick delivery, and the ability to call and talk to people who know what I need is great.

Hi Jessie, Thanks for your feedback. We do have real thick goatskin that we source from Côte d’Ivoire, Africa. I'll make a note of that on the regular premium skin. However, as the drum-head replacer for X8, I think the thickness is perfect for lead players. Once you tune it real tight it has a bright crispy sound that is perfect for solos.
