Very Responsive customer service
Responsive customer service. I had mistakenly ordered combination alarm ap09-sr instead of Mr. They promptly replied to my question about the item and offered either a return if I can ship the item or a 50% refund since the item did not match my expectations.

Alarmes intelligentes et app très bonnes
Très bonnes alarmes intelligentes incendie et de fuites. Assistance très bonne et rapide Cela a été interessant de tester et d'installer leurs appareils intelligents. faciles à utiliser. J'ai été impressionné par la rapidité et la qualité de leurs réponses à mes questions. J'espere qu'lls vont implanter mieux leurs appareils intelligents sur le marché Canadien.

X-Sense, I love it.
I have several things from X-Sense, water detectors, smoke detectors, a camera and for temperature. In total 16. At first a was unhappy with the camera and complaned about it, and prompt they return my money. Tried other cameras but... After maybe 6 months I go back to X-sense camera and after a firmware update it works fine, just like all other detection devices. So I'm happy with X-sense!

Excellent Customer Service!
I just wanted to praise the excellent Customer Service in replacing my defective Smoke Detector / CO Detector. They were prompt in their response and followed through with the return process. I have replaced the old unit with the new one and everything is working appropriately now.

Suite à un défaut ou panne
Suite à un défaut ou panne ? d'un détecteur de fumée et après avoir plusieurs conseils pour dépanner, sans y parvenir, X-Sense n'a pas hésité à m'en envoyer un autre. En suivant les recommandations, j'ai pus installer mon nouvel appareil et celui ci fonctionne parfaitement, très content du service clientèle
