Installed 2 of the solar powered cameras which provide superb quality images. One had a problem with the charging system which turned out to be caused by a weak Wi-Fi signal. I contacted customer support who were excellent i not only identifying the issue but suggesting a simple solution that worked well. If you're looking for a model if what good customer support looks like then this is it!

I was about to cancel my order as i found out the product would not work for my situation, i decided i would first send an email to see if there was any possible solution. Customer service always responds within 24 hours and they clearly explained what was causing my problem as well as a possible solution which i ended up going with. Good customer service really defines a good company here!

X-Sense has very good customer service. They responded to my email very quickly and helped me out.
