Smooth Process All the Way
Ordering was very easy. Website was clear about choices. Items arrived in about a week with no issues or defects.Installation was easy per their directions. I ordered one to many detectors and Cora was a great help in creating a smooth return. I would recommend X-Sense when looking for detectors/sensors for the home.

Company was awesome at replacing two units that were under war
I had two smoke detectors that both failed, they were from the same batch, and no questions asked the company placed them with newer units, a more modern and hiring unit to be honest. Great company will buy again.

**Fachlicher und fairer Kundenservice**
**Sehr guter und fachlicher Kundenservice** Ich hatte Rückfragen zu meinen Rauchmeldern, unter anderem zum Herstellungs-/Austauschdatum und zu Angaben in der Anleitung. Der Support hat schnell, freundlich und überraschend fachlich geantwortet. Besonders Alex hat sich wirklich Mühe gegeben, meine Punkte sauber zu erklären und sogar an das Produktteam weiterzugeben. Auch die vereinbarte Erstattung wurde unkompliziert veranlasst. So wünscht man sich Kundenservice.

I had a billing issue and was very happy that Ling got back to me so quickly and resolved my issue right away. Ling and X-Sense were a pleasure to deal with and I would not hesitate to deal with them again.

A company with excellent products and superb customer support service
X-sense company is not that well known but the products seems to be good. I bought water leak sensors and base station. There was problem in configuring and installing base station. I found contacting support very easy and the communication with the support was very precise and prompt. Issue was resolved very quickly to my full satisfaction. I am really pleased and I have decided to buy the full range of fire and smoke alarms.

Je suis particulièrement satisfait des services d'x-sense qui me permettent de visualiser instantanément mes 10 thermomètres. Ce n'était pas facile vu la configuration de ma maison et son réseau Interne problématique. Mais c'est bon ça marche. Mise à jour des températures en quelques secondes.
