I replaced all my old smoke detectors…
I replaced all my old smoke detectors with the combo smoke and carbon monoxide detectors SC07-W. The installation was quick and easy. It has been about 6 months and then I got a E05 error showing up on 1, indicating a sensor problem, so I tried to clean everything but still had issue. Do I went on line and sent X-Sense a message about what was going on, within 12 hours I had a message back asking for pictures and my address. I sent this back and the got a quick response stating that after reviewing they would be sending me a replacement. This is great customer service and even though I had the issue they responded and stood by the warranty quickly. I will be doing more business with this company for sure.
