X-Sense 6 pack smoke alarms
Bought 6 pack smoke alarms 2 years ago. One stopped working recently. I wrote to customer services and Tom promptly replied offering to send a replacent at no cost. The good natured communications showed that Tom and X-Sense valued my safety first and ensured that I was treated with respect throughout this episode. The replacent alarm arrived withi a few days and works perfectly. Thank you for providing a good quality product that keeps the members of the household safe. Best wishes to you all.
