I bought a set of X-SENSE smoke detectors this year, and they have been working perfectly so far. When I dropped one of the detectors and it stopped working properly, I contacted customer service. Not only did they respond immediately, but—even though the damage was my own fault—they sent me a new detector free of charge as a gesture of goodwill. Great service!

I ordered the SBS50 Base Station along with the XS01-M Smart Smoke Alarm and XH02-M Smart Heat Alarms. The entire interconnected system is really easy and intuitive to set up. Von 12 Rauchmeldern hatte leider einer einen Defekt und löste Fehlalarm aus. Nach Kontakt mit dem Support und einem kurzen Video wurde der Austausch sofort und unkompliziert veranlasst.
