True customer service
True customer service. Judy was very helpful. Due to an issue with the USPS, I had difficulty in tracking my order. I emailed customer service and they were very patient with me and provided well researched answers. They continued to follow up to ensure I had received my package. The smoke/CO alarms, the heat detectors, and the remote control paired together easily. I am very pleased.

Above and beyond Customer Service from Cora and Matt!
The Customer Service response to my situation was amazing! By mistake, I ordered and installed the wrong smoke/CO2 detectors. I talked with Matt, and he passed along the information to Cora, who emailed me back within 2 days as promised. There was no need to repeat the information, and my problem was quickly and courteously resolved. This is a company that I will do business again and again. I will recommend to my friends. I am impressed by their concern for accuracy, promptness, courtesy, timeliness and attention to the individual customer! Thank you so much Matt and especially Cora for all your kindness!

Déconnection Détecteur de fumée
Le problème était un détecteur de fumée qui se déconnectait de la base. Qui cela soit pour me guider pour confirmer la panne du détecteur (liste de tests), l'analyse des résultats et l'envoi d'un détecteur neuf en remplacement, Gigi, mon interlocutrice du Customer service tout au long du processus, a montré un grand professionnalisme et une très grande réactivité

Schneller und unkomplizierter Kundenservice
Ich hatte leider bei einem der Rauchmelder ein technisches Problem. Der Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice von X-Sense war dafür umso positiver. Meine Anfrage wurde sehr schnell und freundlich beantwortet und das Problem wurde ohne unnötige Rückfragen oder komplizierte Abwicklung gelöst. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Judy vom Kundenservice. Sie war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat sich direkt um eine unkomplizierte Lösung gekümmert. Mir wurde kostenlos ein Ersatzgerät zugesendet – genau so stelle ich mir guten Kundenservice vor. Vielen Dank an Judy und das X-Sense-Team für die schnelle und kundenorientierte Unterstützung. Klare Empfehlung!
