Avoid, this is a timeshare that just causes pain and heartbreak, unless you are US based and have a lot of holiday time to make it financially worth while.
I joined several years ago and every time we go we are hassled to buy more points and the sales people lie about the cost and the benefits.
It's a pit as the hotels are good in general and the city location ones are good, but the hard sell really ruins the benefits of membership.
There are lots of Facebook groups of owners who share heartbreaking stories of trying to exit their ownership and end up with nothing for all their investment.

NIGHTMARE!!
My stay at Wyndham turned into a frustrating ordeal due to their misleading timeshare presentation. Initially, I was lured into attending the presentation in exchange for a parking pass, but what followed was a series of deceptive pitches and an immense financial burden.
The presentation was several hours long and despite me having young children who were tired and hungry they refused to let us leave. This lack of consideration for guests' circumstances revealed Wyndham's disregard for their customers' needs.
During the presentation, I was bombarded with misleading pitches, focusing on resale opportunities and rentals, which they claimed were easy and hassle-free. However, the reality was far from it, as the actual process proved to be complicated and anything but smooth. To make matters worse, the Wyndham representatives referred to the timeshare as a mortgage, intentionally misrepresenting the investment opportunity. This lack of transparency and honesty further showcased their untrustworthiness.
The signing process was rushed, leaving me no time to ask important questions or fully understand the agreement's implications. This high-pressure tactic heightened my skepticism and raised doubts about Wyndham's integrity as a company. The terms and conditions, including the limitations, were quickly skimmed over, adding to the feeling of manipulation.
The financial burden caused by this ill-advised timeshare purchase has been overwhelming. It has strained my finances and made it increasingly difficult to cover more essential expenses. I have had to work overtime to keep up, impacting my personal life and well-being.
Overall, my experience with Wyndham's timeshare presentation was deeply unsatisfactory. Their deceptive sales tactics, rushed processes, and the subsequent financial burden left a bitter taste in my mouth. I strongly caution anyone considering a stay at a Wyndham property to be cautious and vigilant, particularly when attending their timeshare presentations.

WorldMark by Wyndham lied and deceived…
WorldMark by Wyndham lied and deceived us into signing a contract. They fraudulently opened a credit card in our names and put $7309.80. While doing a monthly check on our credit we came across this charge and our jaws dropped. In addition to this little piece of fraud, they also told us we were making a real estate investment, and we could generate rental income to pay for the timeshare. I can’t believe we fell for that one – timeshares are practically worthless. By the way, their resorts are NOT exclusive to their owners as we were told. Worldmark rents their rooms across just about every travel platform online for significantly cheaper than what we pay as owners. Please…take my advice and avoid Worldmark, in fact avoid all timeshares as you will enter into a contract for life and be forever indebted to them.

Don't stay at Wyndham Taos
Stayed at Wyndham Taos and was very unhappy. So far we have been at Wyndham Steamboat Springs and Pagosa Springs which were great.
The room at Taos was ok, but the outdoor patio furniture was covered in bird poop and the view is non existent! The pool, hot tub and rec room were closed for renovation. When I asked to be moved to an upper unit it was a no go! Won't be coming back here.
It took the most points so far and the worst resort!

Vacation Nightmare and scam !
I was looking forward to amazing adventures when I first bought my Wyndham timeshare, only to have my dreams crushed. The salesperson that sold my husband and I our timeshare was a liar and a conman. Almost everything he said to us was a cold, calculated effort to trick us into believing a timeshare was the best vacation option out there. Turns out that we were not told about all the fees involved. Not only are we paying for a loan and maintenance fees, but there are also reservation fees and more hidden fees that were not disclosed. This “investment” has us upside-down! We can’t even use it because of the lack of availability but can get reservations as non-owners on other travel platforms. So much for Wyndham being “exclusive”. I had no idea the contract could be cancelled in the first 10 days. I assume the salesperson left that out to keep their commission. There have been so many things I have found out since signing and if I knew any of them, there’s no way I would still be roped into a lifetime commitment! I wish I had read all the reviews on this website before buying and been educated on the lengths at which Wyndham will go to secure a fraudulent sale. Please heed my warning, otherwise, you’ll be writing a negative review soon enough!
