If you like to get scammed, then this is the hotel chain to book a room at. We booked a family room for our trip to Denver Colorado. When we arrived after 20hr flight they had overbooked and rented our room to someone else, the lady behind the counter said she could not do anything it was up to the manager she said, and she said she would contact her as we know now is a total lie. We were even charged the double amount for a smaller room which is a total scam from them. So if you travel to Denver stay away from Ramada hotel by Denver International Airport.

Our awful Wyndham Experience
We write this review to EXPOSE Wyndham's entire organization and sales staff! We started our contract with Wyndham Vacation Club in July of 2020 at a Resort in Branson. Once we checked in, we were told that we had to go to a "short" presentation as our payment for staying. That "short" presentation turned in a full day (6-8 hours) of high-pressure sales to buy into their program for a timeshare.
Despite us declining multiple times, we were subsequently held hostage and not allowed to leave; there was always another deal to hear. Cameron kept going back to his manager to get another offer for us each time we declined his offers. Especially once he found out that we wanted to take our grandkids to Disney World. That was when he showed us their Disney resort and how we could go there and utilize all their prestigious amenities, but failed to mention that we weren't even getting offered enough points to go there.
We are tired of getting inundated with phone calls from Wyndham after we book to go somewhere trying to explain our "new" benefits. We can't count the number voicemails that we receive. We do not answer, nor call back because we know how that is going to go. We don't want to be scammed again; we have been manipulated and lied to countless times. We are tired of paying thousands for something we are barely ever able to use and do not want our kids burdened with this after our deaths.
Wyndham Vacation Club is basically a scam organization whose sole purpose is to hold people hostage until getting a signature and then scam them out of thousands of dollars without upholding the promises that they make
WE hope this raises AWARENESS about the LIES DECEPTION and DISHONORABLE actions perpetrated against our FAMILY by Wyndham's employees.
This would not let me change the date below but this happened on 7/24/2020

Unethical
We have formally notified Club Wyndham that they have an unethical salesperson on staff and
named him. To date, we have received zero response. The product was grossly misrepresented
to us on multiple levels. The salesperson painted it as the "BEST deal ever" even after we
disclosed our challenging financial situation. He falsely assured us that we would have the
freedom to use the timeshare whenever and wherever we desired, which has proven to be a
complete lie. The available dates and locations are so limited and inconvenient that planning a
trip has become an impossible task. It is illogical and burdensome to expect us to switch hotels
mid-trip and manage the complexities of alternating between a timeshare and a paid hotel.
Moreover, the process of attempting to make a reservation has been far more arduous than the
representative initially stated. He specifically targeted our love for travel and Disney, falsely
claiming that Wyndham had properties worldwide, including proximity to the parks, which would
grant us priority access and availability. However, the reality has been far from what was
promised, with sparse dates and locations available. Furthermore, he confidently assured us
that if we ever wished to discontinue the timeshare, we could easily turn it back in without any
issues. He even went as far as suggesting that we might make a profit if we decided to do so.
However, when we contacted Wyndham to inform them of our separation and impending
divorce, along with our inability to meet the financial obligations, we were met with a completely
different response. Despite explaining the severe hardship this situation was causing us, the
payments continued to be deducted from my bank account. It became evident that promises
were nothing more than empty words. The promises made were false, and the financial burden
has been overwhelming. We are victims of fraud, and it makes no sense for us to continue
paying for a service we have received no benefit from.

Do not recommend Wyndham to anyone
I write this review with a heavy heart, but it needs to be posted to warn others from falling victim to Wyndham’s wicked salespeople. My husband and I were lured into a presentation because they enticed us with a gift only if we stayed for a presentation. The presentation was said to be 2 hours, but they kept us there for 8 long grueling hours. We were targeted by multiple employees trying to sell us a timeshare contract for a lifetime of vacations. My husband and I are elderly, and our health conditions are not what it used to be. We tried their financial hardship program to see about canceling our contract, but they wanted more and more paperwork, and it all became way too much for us to keep up. We are in no condition to deal with this back-and-forth game. And even after their presentation we never received our gift. We were lied to and taken advantage of. I do not recommend Wyndham to anyone.

I am writing this review to expose the actions perpetrated by Wyndham’s Sales Team, with the intent to create awareness among the public and maybe get a response from Wyndham regarding the cancellation of my contract. I initially purchased in July 2022, following my purchase was only met with constant marketing calls asking me to attend a presentation designed to present an upgrade. First RED FLAG - why would I need an upgrade if the initial purchase was presented as the most PRESTIGIOUS offer available filled with all these grandiose promises made by their sales staff. I had 154,000 points, no mortgage and a monthly maintenance of only $110.00. What more did I need? They ensure their commission and then contradict themselves by constant pressure to upgrade with false promises. They also assured me of ongoing support, which has proven untrue and they have yet to follow through on. From the misrepresentation, false promises, lies & inconsistencies with what I was assured by their sales staff, I am left ignored and in the dark. Since then, my health has significantly deteriorated and I can no longer afford to pay monthly assessments which total nearly $2,000.00 as I need funds to be able to accommodate the mobility and accessibility I have in my own home, so traveling is not my priority at this time. Additionally, I would like to highlight Wyndham’s lack of consideration for my health and financial well-being. I hope this serves as an example to anyone looking to purchase a timeshare or do any kind of business with Wyndham. STAY AWAY from WYNDHAM!

RUN!
It didn't take my husband and I long after signing a contract that it wasn't anything it was made out to be. Sadly, turns out it's a total scam. Our salesman pulled out the red carpet during his pitch and acted like he was our friend. When we decided to cancel, he stonewalled us. He wouldn't return my texts, emails, or calls to figure out how to cancel within the short window. Fortunately, I figured out how to cancel in time by mailing a letter but it was a very close call. Negatively impacted my credit, too. Please, please run.

Do not trust ever!!
Wyndham
I wish someone told me this when I was doing my research so hopefully this helps someone in the future - do NOT get suckered into this deal. They use manipulation tactics and pressure to get you to sign a contract.
1. Your monthly maintenance fees jump drastically
2. Take pictures of the offers they put in front of you because they use it to sucker you in then change it and it’s useless
3. Manipulated and forced us to not leave or eat for 8+ hours. After 8 hrs our 5 year old was hysterical and any parent would lose their sense and do whatever to get out
4. The free incentives are used over your head again to keep you trapped
They tell you that you can get out of it but it’s a lie and they do not handle clients in good faith. They become unresponsive and leave you high and dry. Do not trust anything
Research the class action lawsuits on Club Wyndham and their horrible tactics to make a buck. Do not believe anything.
