New great never seen before products.

Have not received my Owl lights yet! They sent me a reply when I left my first review and said they were sending a free light with each of my X3 Owl lights that I had not received in August. I ordered one thru crowd funding and have not got it and one thru their website and although it shows shipped the delivery service has never received it shows shipped on 9/12/23 and today is 9/18/23 and it has not moved, I finally ordered one thru Amazon and since they got theirs on time, I had one in 2 days, so the light is pretty good, but Wuben does not have my trust! I like their products but hard to get what you paid for, seems like once they get your money, they may or may not ship what you order!

I currently own the Wuben C2 and X0 lights and both of these are great additions to my EDC! The C2 doubles up as a power bank, great for short day trips and serving two useful functions in one handheld device. The X0 is a pocket or pouch friendly flashlight that’s handy to have around. I especially like how the base is magnetic so it can be mounted on any metal surface when you need to free up both your hands. Lastly, Wuben’s customer service is by far some of the best I’ve ever experienced as well, so you can be sure you’re buying with confidence through them!

Tried to return the light. The return portal on their website is broken/ blank, so I emailed their customer service. Took 3 days to respond to my first email, and they responded back with a random question. This went on for over a week, me responding immediately and them waiting 2-3 days to ask another random question, me sending an email saying I just want to return it. These are a few of the questions they asked: Did it arrive? 3 days later- Was it damaged? 2 days later- CAN YOU SEND ME A PICTURE?? Those were all real questions they asked me (still have all emails). After a long time they finally emailed me a random address in MIDLAND CHINA to return it and said I needed to pay for the return shipping MYSELF... This would have cost MORE to ship than what I PAID FOR for the light!! Just another BS scam company, they know no one will lose money to send it back. Be 100% sure you want this light before you buy. Also, not even close as bright as advertised. Super nice construction though to be fair. Don't waste your time, there are many other American companies that have better lights and won't play around with you, then ask you to mail the return to midland China. Would have given this zero stars if possible. Go with OLIGHT or SUREFIRE as I should have. Cost about the same, USA made and actually have warranties and actually have customer service.

First let me start with the customer service. It’s absolutely on point. Communication to and from the company was phenomenal. I got the Wuben x0 and boy does that thing pack a punch. 1100 lumens out of such a little light is incredible. Although I wouldn’t EDC it much in my pocket due to its shape, it’s been a great backpack/ work bag light for my daily use. I 100% recommend this light if you’re looking for something compact, affordable, and powerful. Thank you Nancy and the Wuben team for a great experience.
