The wuben G5 is a great little EDC torch. Excellent build quality, a long lasting battery, swivel head and a strong magnet. I have the ice cracks version, the surface finish is awesome. I wish wuben would extend this to other models one day.

I’ve been using the WUBEN G5 for a while now and I believe I’m able to give a more in depth review at this point. The compact size is probably my favorite thing about it. It’s small enough to carry without really noticing it, but still feels substantial and well built. The design is also a little different from the usual small flashlight, which I like. The side light is surprisingly useful for close-up tasks, and the main light has more than enough output for everyday carry and general use. The controls took me a little time to get used to, but once I got familiar with them, they were pretty straightforward. I also like that it’s rechargeable and easy to carry. A con would be the lack of a replaceable battery. So for me, the G5 is more of an everyday utility/EDC light than a light I’d use for maximum throw or extreme outdoor use. Overall, I’d say it’s a fun, practical little light with a unique design. Definitely one of the more interesting compact lights I’ve used. I’d give it a solid 4/5. Would be 5/5 if it had a replaceable battery.

Customer service is non-existent! While their products are good, the lack of customer service far outshines the good. They respond initially with canned responses (a bot, perhaps?) and then go silent. I ordered stuff last month and am still awaiting status updates (for items that are/were in stock)...Have reached out multiple times and now they do not even bother to respond! UPDATE 08/19/26: Annabella reached out and has very satisfactorily resolved my particular situation, hence the update to four stars (I give Annabella five stars for her handling of the situation....but Wuben itself needs to improve this aspect IF they want to have their product line more successful)

Auf der Seite ließt man 24 h Versand, ist aber auch wieder China-Dropshit mit viel längerer Lieferzeit. Nachtrag: Das mit der Lieferung war Ärgerlich, dennoch bin ich dankbar, dass Wuben sich hierzu noch mal gemeldet hat. Zur Lampe: Hier ist meine Erfahrung eine ganz andere. Die Lampe ist bis ins Detail durchdacht, extrem hichwertig verarbeitet und übertrifft für mich sogar die Erwartungen. Der Stern Abzug bleibt bestehen für das Thema mit dem Versand, das Produkt selbst und auch der Service im Nachhinein sind wirklich top! Freue mich auf die E2

G5, Super lækker lille lampe alle pengene værd 😍 ku helt sikkert godt finde på at købe der fra igen 😊👍. Ps kom til at købe en falsk en på en anden side den var noget værre møg der gik ikke 1 minut så faldt lampen af 🤦‍♂️ så hold jer fra de falske. PPs Bare et godt lille råd hvis jeg ku ha bestilt g5 lampen igen så hade jeg købt to 😅 de er en perfekt lille gave til en ven eller far.. eller mor .. så bar køb to du vil takke mig når du pakker den op 😊

Good experience and the customer service is good, although their website isn't entirely accurate as to what emitter you'll be getting on your light.

Good flashlight for the price. it's compact and bright, though it could use a bit more battery life Overall, a great buy.

The website was easy to maneuver and order from. I was able to easily track my package, which was nice, since it took a little longer to arrive than I had anticipated. Overall I am very pleased with the product and have used the flashlight multiple times and it has maintained a good charge.
