Delivery directly from china without overseas warning in shop. L3 lamp advertised with USB C but only their own cable fits properly. Port is too deep for Lenovo, Sony, Anker... cables. Customer support refused to help because the cable that ships with the lamp fits. Have to give it to them. The rest of the lamp is very nice.

I’m very disappointed with my buying experience with this brand. More than one month has passed since I purchased the X4 flashlight, and I still have not received my order. What concerns me even more is that customer support informed me there is a possibility that the parcel may never arrive. Although they mentioned that the issue is being checked with the logistics department and that a reshipment is possible if the item is confirmed missing, the situation itself is frustrating and unacceptable for such a long delivery period. I regret that my first experience with Wuben turned out this way.

Ordered 2 lights from Wuben - an L-3 and an LT 35 pro. Took almost a month to finally receive my order. Apparently they literally are shipped on a slow boat from China. While the L-3 works great (so far) the LT 35 appeared to have been opened and had no battery. I emailed customer service and received a reply requesting " a video so that they may help to understand the issue I am having". I replied there is nothing to understand - that they just sent me a flashlight with no battery so it can not be used. They then requested a photo of the light to verify what I am saying. So I unscrewed the cap and sent them a photo of the empty flashlight. I then received a reply ( I kid you not!) to" please check inside the flashlight to see if the battery was inside". My next reply was to either send me the needed battery or I would dispute the charge on my credit card as I am not going to pay for useless light I can not use. I did receive a reply that in a few days they would be sending me a battery. I don't believe for 1 second that they are sending me anything. I was able to find a suitable battery on my own and spent another $20 just to see if the light was going to work at all and so far it does. Long story short - If you order direct from company, you may or may not ever receive your order and if there is any sort of issue with the light you are probably SOL. Order thru Amazon so you will at least have some type of recourse.

So far i am not impressed and i havent even gotten my flashlight yet. Turns out this seemingly german product ships from China via ship or sailboat or whatever. It took the shipper 5 days to get the package going. I honestly expect this to be another Chinese scam thing and have written it off as lost. If i do get my flashlight im guessing its going to be as good as any other crappy item from Temu.

Unit took a long time to arrive. Poorly constructed. Looks like it was hand made. Most of the printing was missing amd no user guide.

I've owned a Wuben H1 since '21, and it served me well during a 20 month long bicycle tour that I did from '21 to '23. However, a few months ago my Wuben H1 suddenly stopped working entirely, after which I contacted the customer support. Even though the website states that I am entitled to a 5 year warranty period provided I register my product (which I did), the customer support told me: "because you placed the order on other WUBEN platforms, we cannot check your order or provide after-sales service". As far as I can tell, this supposed requirement is nowhere stated on the website, and doesn't make any sense regardless. After I then provided them with more details and videos concerning the product issue I was facing, I didn't receive any further reply. Needles to say, I'm very displeased with this kind of customer service.

So I got in on the kickstarter and paid back in Sept. Got my light finally today. I get things happen woth new products but over 2 months late and after all the adjustments to manufacturing made it's just a ok light. I honestly like my 2 old x2's alot more. The switches aren't bad but the wheel could stand to be easier to spin. Wpild be impossible with gloves. These are minor things to be honest to me. The main issue i have is the UV light. It's pathetic and barely usable for anything. I would have got the rub lights if I knew how useless this UV is. Should have kist had the white side light and never added the UV in it was going to be useless. My 2 olight seeker 4 mini and arkfield pro with UV are a night and day difference. This one you can barely tell is on and does very little. Nothing like the web photos. If you get a x2 pro know it's not a bad l8ght bit for the price I expect3d qlot better UV light and little better switches. They should have used a similar set up to the sofirn if24 and if23 pro. Rotary and buttons on those are much easier even with gloves. I would add a photo but not sure how
