Ich habe am 8. September eine X3-Taschenlampe bestellt. Bis heute (10.10.2023) ist keine Lieferung erfolgt. Tracking-Informationen sind nutzlos. E-Mails werden mit Autoresponder oder gar keiner Antwort beantwortet. Ich hoffe, dass Paypal mir das Geld zurückerstattet. Nie wieder!

What I didn’t like about it was that right after I completed the payment for the order I accidentally forgot to add something to my cart that I would’ve got without having to pay shipping because that was already paying for shipping for the other item and there was no way for me too Quickly cancel my order and then add the other item. You should have at least an hour or two or even a day to be able to change your mind or add something to the order as long as the order has not been packed and ready for shipping why can’t you cancel the order or add something else or modify the order ? Maybe that’s a lot to ask but you can do that kind of thing on Amazon for instance. And then I wrote a note and I explained in the message my problem and somebody wrote back to me. Clear they weren’t very clear about what they were trying to say like they didn’t speak English but we’re trying and so she made it sound like she was going to send me what I had asked for re-add to the cart for free because it was only something that costed about $4.99. And then I thought that I was going to have that sent and so I never ordered it even though I would’ve had to pay shipping again.

Received the light pretty quick. The price was great, what a deal! Small but has some heft. What an incredible flood of light it puts out! Very well made and engineered.

X3 Owl is very unique and innovative. High quality materials I only wish it didn’t take two weeks for orders to arrive.
