I am so glad that I found WP Tangerine! Although I have some basic WordPress skills, I don’t have the time it takes to keep my website in good working order or to make improvements. And sometimes, when I have a problem, I’m not sure where to turn for a solution. With WP Tangerine, they can do all those tedious tasks that take time away from my main job. The WP Tangerine team—working through a single point-person—also offers solid troubleshooting and problem solving. They regularly make suggestions for improving my site—and then, with my approval, go on to implement those suggestions. If I don’t like a suggestion, they help me find other alternatives. My only regret is that I did not start using WP Tangerine sooner!

I have had my website for 25 years. I’ve done all the work myself, and it has been exhausting and frustrating until WPTangerine. I have been using WPTangerine for several years, and I have not regretted it. It has taken the pressure off of me. Technical support, hosting, redesign, regular maintenance, and advice. WOW, what a bargain! I really haven’t found anything I couldn’t throw at them. Today was a great example. I had a significant problem with the site, emailed WPTangerine, then took a worry-free nap, knowing they would fix it. That’s worth every penny!

I hired on WP Tangerine to help with finishing up a site I was working on. I’m not personally a web developer by trade and couldn’t do exactly what I needed without some more professional help. Before hiring WP Tangerine, I had reached out to several outlets looking for quotes and they were one of the few that even responded. The WP Tangerine team delivered on exactly what I had asked them to do. I sent them a document with a detailed list of 6 or 7 tasks which I had spent the better part of a year trying to solve myself and within a month and a half or so, every task had been checked off. They were excellent at responding to emails in a timely manner and provided detailed reports daily of what had been done and what they were working on. Best of all (for the boss man at least). The price came in significantly cheaper than any other quote I received. Overall, I was treated exceptionally well as a customer and all the task that I had wanted to do was finished in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I’d recommend WP Tangerine to anyone looking for help with their website and I appreciate the help they provided me.
