I didn't have a good experience w/ WP Tangerine. They led me to believe I'd have a native English speaking project manager that was a champlion for my sites, but then it was an ESL person who really didn't understand or care about any of my sites. I spent half of the time teaching them how to use my project management software, and they ended up just installing, but not fully configuring, some plugins they were familiar with (that were expensive). It was a waste of money, and time, and my sites are a little worse off at this stage.

Absolutely amazing company! I accidently ruined my own website by making it super slow and had no idea what I did as I usually post pictures, write blogs and landing pages. Wptangerine saved us as we were deranking for over a month from a slow website. Thanks! Brandon, Clean Er Up

I've been with WPTangerine since August 2021. The experience has been great. The team is responsive and quick to complete each task. We've been focusing on creating multiple landing pages. The designs and quality of graphics are exceptional. They were able to get everything integrated and tracked properly. really poor customer service and a significant language barrier that i just couldn't overcome. Tasks that would normally take 15 minutes from brief to execution took 5 days to debate, and nothing got done

WP Tangerine is like my general contractor with everything website-related. They take care of the upkeep, the maintenance, and are always on point with the new trends!

In the begginning the level of support was fine but over the next few months it has gradually declined to the point there doesn't seem to be anyone monotoring my site >>> apps were expiring with no alert >> essentially there was no one watching my site. They became less and less responsive with solutions to all those little things that go wrong from time to time. They set up phone calls but didn't call as scheduled and then insisted that they called and it went straight to email or no answer >> both not possible as I always have my phone within a few feet of me and I empty my voice mail box daily. They claimed they sent SMS texts which I have no record of having received. In short what started as pretty good is now utter crap and Im not sure what to do except seek another support firm. Or move to shopify >> shopify has their problems but nothing like I am experiencing with WP Tangerine. There is just no response at all at this point >> I pay my bills and I'm paying for a high level of support. I just don't know what to do to get them to simply do their job. So very very dissapointing.

Over the last three or four years, I have been too busy operating my online software business to properly care for my WordPress website. I like WordPress very much and found it very forgiving during the time I was building the website, but I was finding it time-consuming to maintain. Being a bit short-staffed, I searched for a professional company with a good reputation that could maintain my website with me. I have found that WP Tangerine suits my needs very well. I was impressed by the initial telephone conversation to get our relationship started and to get to know my WP Tangerine client manager better. We hit it off well and communicate by email regularly. If for some reason I feel I need another telephone call, I may set this up. None of my questions or “orders” go unanswered. I characterize my work with WP Tangerine as “collaborative”; I like this approach. If my client manager doesn’t know the answer right away, they inform me they will find the answer and get back to me soon. I have never been left waiting too long. As a result of my work with WP Tangerine, my website is much faster and more stable. Plugin conflicts have been eliminated and I have much more time for my other work. Thank you WP Tangerine!

I partnered with WP Tangerine after taking the lead pastoral role of a small church in 2019. The former pastor had used WordPress to allow a generic presence for the church online. WP Tangerine hit the ground running with my new ideas and rebranding of our church website by artistically enhancing the logo and creating an enlivening homepage within info/photos, resources, activities, and inspiring thoughts. WP Tangerine worked diligently and patiently with me as I am a pastor, not tech person, but within 3 mos. The church had a visually attractive, welcoming, and resource-filled internet presence. WP Tangerine is on the West coast and we are on East coast, but the turnaround time for a update, new idea is almost always 1-2 days which works great. I send detailed emails, with attachments, embed examples, etc, and my request for a new photo gallery with thumbnail is created beautifully, or resource links are updated instantly. There are times of 2nd/ 3rd drafts to get it right but they produce wonderful end results. I'm very happy to have found them. Also, they are responsive, same day, when I send requests early. I've even scheduled calls once or twice over the years to speak to my team lead. No problem. Final note, they monitor plugin updates, etc. monthly site check and reports are sent timely. They recommend and implement site security resources as needed... always hack attempts these days! They have determined/advise (with specifics) when we need to contact our host company on an issue.The WPTangerine team are cutting edge professionals and very pleasant to work with even through email their nice characters are conveyed. They are thorough and very skilled and even throughout the pandemic for our medua/audio resources up and running timely and beautifully.
