WP Tangerine has literally saved my business. By the time I found them I was ready to give up on having an online presence. My website had been hacked and damaged multiple times and I was endlessly trying to find a resource to help me. They are a trusted partner. They always acknowledge my request, involve me where decisions need to be made, share options, and then show me what they did to resolve my questions so I can learn too. They are consistent in their service, quality of resolutions, and timeliness. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Our experience using WP Tangerine's services have been extremely valuable for our business needs. Whenever we request support, we get an immediate email acknowledgement from Kate, which puts us at ease knowing our issue is being addressed quickly and efficiently. Additionally, we always appreciate the quick response or resolution that follows. As a small business, it is incredibly appreciated to have such an available and capable team working with us to assist with our website needs. This allows us to focus on our customer support by allotting us more time to work with other business operations and necessities while we have a professional team of experts assisting us with our technical needs.
