We engaged WPT based on their assurance of a 0% error rate and strong support. What followed was months of repeated execution errors, missed deadlines, and a lack of attention to detail that required substantial internal time and third-party costs to correct. This experience has caused reputational and financial harm to our business. After providing detailed documentation and multiple follow-ups, we eventually were provided with a prorated refund, and we ended our relationship respectfully.

WP Tangerine is helpful, but I often feel like we miscommunicate. They seem to misunderstand my instructions, and I have to correct each project multiple times. I also have to follow up constantly. It would help to have a better sense of the timeline for completing my requests; I shouldn't have to chase after anyone. And finally, often lately my update requests have led to other, unrelated things changing on my website -- I have no idea why WP Tangerine seems to be "breaking" things that are unrelated to the things I'm asking to be fixed.

Decent service to start, but fell off a cliff once they got us to commit to an annual contract. Dev teams unresponsive, unable to communicate based on reasonable detailed deliverables. Switched teams twice (after complaining) and each subsequent team was worse than the original. For just hosting, it's insanely overpriced. The value was in dev support hours, but if their dev team becomes completely unproductive and unuseable, there's no point in staying with them.
