WptangerineReviews of wptangerine.com

I needed someone to put a Wordpress site together for me. I was frankly nervous because of a previous experience with another outfit who did terrible work. But WP Tangerine did a truly great job. It's not often that someone delivers that "Beyond client expectations" that many companies claim. But WP Tangerine did just that. They designed a great website for me.

WPtangerine makes websites well and quickly. We applied for the development of an online store, and then ordered a business card website for another project. Both times were very satisfied with the service, approach and quality of their work!

Very professional work by WPTang. They responded to my messages in a timely manner and the work completed was exactly what was asked for.

I had major problems with my previous hosting company. Because they didn't do the required backup, important data for my business website was lost. I needed to find a new company. After numerous contacts with other hosting companies I finally decided on Wptangerine. They were able to fix my old website and get it up and running in two days. They also suggested updating the website to give it a fresh look which was part of the overall package. My client manager and his team were able to come up with a great new look. We are very satisfied!

I’ve been in tech for over 15 years and have used different website support services and worked with developers in my corporate career and then later for my clients through my consulting practice. I discovered WP Tangerine early on and have recommended them to countless business owners and executives. The quality of the work, the responsiveness of the staff, and the suite of services available are incomparable for the price. Tremendous value & professionalism. If you want to grow your business, WP Tangerine will take care of your website so you can focus on what matters.

Decent service to start, but fell off a cliff once they got us to commit to an annual contract. Dev teams unresponsive, unable to communicate based on reasonable detailed deliverables. Switched teams twice (after complaining) and each subsequent team was worse than the original. For just hosting, it's insanely overpriced. The value was in dev support hours, but if their dev team becomes completely unproductive and unuseable, there's no point in staying with them.

Very friendly and courteous service. Requests are followed and complete in a timely manner and are always followed up with review. Changes and updates to our website have become a pleasant process.

I hired 5 different developers to get my .htaccess fixed and some other re-direction on WordPress. One of them came to my office too. WPTangerine was the only one capable of getting it done, and QUICK. I highly recommend Wp Tangerine as they know the in's and the outs of programming and Wordpress. I am now going to use them for maintenance work. And if I have any other issues or development work to be done, WPTangerine will be the first one I would go to.
