SLOPPY. They don't care. Typos, poor grammar, code errors, horrid UI, missing support forums, settings that won't save, full refresh confirmation messages, missing error messages, worst themes EVER. I can't believe I wasted $149 on this. This is not even ready for beta testing. There was ZERO testing done. They can't even agree internally what the name of the product is. Is it DSP or WP dating? The latest documentation is 5 years old and WRONG. Support is from India and it shows. PS: I suspect the 5 star reviews by people who have only one or two reviews may be plants. Note the lack of details and stark contrast to those with negative reviews.

Hello Brian, Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to write to us and express your grievances on how our products and services do not meet up with your expectations. We did test your site after your request, and there was no any problem with the plugin, the reason for the errors was the installation steps which you have tried was incorrect so we have already fixed them all and updated you as well, Also have asked you in the email if you have any further issues then we are happy to solve it for you, here is the screenshot of the conversation and we are still waiting for your reply. https://snipboard.io/kANXmx.jpg Regards,
