I have spent months looking for a solution that did not require me to do the technical side of things since I do not have much experience with coding. WPDating has a really great support team that actually spent hours just to note down my exact requirements, which I'm sure not a lot of companies do these days. If you take a look at the number of features these guys provide, they're second to none. What I also like about WP is how they keep publishing new add-ons to make sure they stay relevant, unlike a lot of rip-off plugins that you can buy for a few bucks. I personally use the multi-language pack and a couple of payment add-ons including Mollie and paysafe. The only thing that I'd suggest WP team would be to keep continuing everything that they've been doing so far. I'm really looking forward to how the new progressive web app will perform for my business as well. Thanks for your hard work, guys!

I PAID THE THE PREMIUM CUSTOM PACKAGE FOR THE WEBSITE AROUND APRIL 2019, IT IS NOW FEB 1, 2020 AND MY WEBSITE IS NOT DONE. I WAS TOLD I COULD TAKE AROUND 5 WEEKS. DONT DO IT !!! SAVE YOUR MONEY !!! GET A REFUND !!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. INITIALLY THE SALES TEAM WILL GET BACK TO YOU, HOWEVER AFTER THE PAYMENT THINGS GOT REALLY SLOW. I WAITED PATIENTLY, I GAVE THEM SKETCHES. I WOULD EXPLAIN MYSELF TO ONE PERSON AND THAT PERSON WOULD NOT SHARE THE INFO WITH THEIR TEAM. THEY WOULD TAKE VACATIONS AND PROMISE RESPONSES TO NO AVAIL. SPELLING IS OFF, COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE AND QUALITY LEAVES MUCH TO BE DESIRED. I WANT A FULL REFUND. THEY HAVE NOT DONE THE WORK THEY PROMISED AND HAVE COMPLETELY IGNORED ALL MY REQUESTS.
