WP DatingReviews of wpdating.com

Hey all out there, I have had nothing short of an incredible experience working with the WP Dating Team. From sales to customer support, you are incredible. I was a bit nervous jumping into the tech. arena, however, any small or huge question that I have, you all never fail to answer quickly and are super patient with me. I appreciate your continuous support and would not be able to run my business without an amazing team like yourselves offering help when needed. Thank you so much Neil, Raul, Nick and everyone else behind the scenes!

It's not worth it. Nothing ever worked on the site. When one thing is fixed the next thing breaks. I will never use their service again.

Hello people, Save your money and time. Its biggest rip of company you can ever imagine. I was stupid enough to spent so much money on them and it's rubbish. Nothing works. I bought this package PLATINUM $279 Plus add- on Immediate chat for $99 Plus payments Gata (I DIDN'T RECEIVE THAT.) way such as PayPal, wire transfer, Stripe Gateaway payment for addition $19 (I DIDN'T RECEIVE THAT) Plus 1000 dummy MEMBERS (I DIDN'T RECEIVE THAT) ONE-TIME COST *One Time Free Installation Service worth $79* (RECEIVED INSTALLATION OF A THEME ONLY WITHOUT ANY ADD-ON. ALL VITAL PLUGINS AND MEMBERS ARE MISSING AND WHEN I ADK THE SELLER TO TELL ME WHERE IT IS AND WHY MY THEME US NOT FUNCTIONING, THEY JUST DISAPPER FOR 3 DAYS. ) Dating PLUGIN (DOESN'T EXIST OR DOESN'T WORK. JUST SIMPLY NOT VISIBLE) 500 Dummy PROFILES (DOESN'T EXIST ALTHOUGH THEY PROMISED TO ADD 1000 DUMMY MEMBERS) WP Dating Theme(DOESN'T WORK AND DOESN'T EXIST) Lavishdate Theme(DOESN'T WORK AND DOESN'T EXIST) LoveMatch Theme(DOESN'T WORK AND DOESN'T EXIST) Dating Club Theme Free Lifetime UPGRADES (HOW CAN I GET ANY UPDATES IF SUPPORT DO NOT REPLY) 3 months free HOSTING ( NONE HAS BEEN DELIVERED. I USED MY OWN HOSTING) Bonus: 87 Premium THEMES (NONE HAS BEEN DELIVERED) Single-site LICENSE (HOW CAN YOU SELL 1 SGL LICENCE IF YOU OFFERING 4 THEME FOR SALE? WHAT TO DO WITH ANOTHER 3 IF U CAN ONLY INSTAL ONE?. THUS IS THE BIGGEST RIP-OFF COMPANY I EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. THIS IS WHY THEY DON'T HAVE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT ADDED TO THEIR SITE BECAUSE ALL CREFIT CARD BANG THEM FROM USING THEIR SERVICES.) Free support: 12 months* (which again doesn't work because once you paid, they ignored you totally)

Nick M was amazing! He answered all of my questions in such a timely manner and even explained into detail what my issue was and how to resolve it in a way that super easy for the customer to understand.

wp dating team is better than my host if you ask me they help with every question if they can help or not they will guide you in the right direction with quick email responds. Wish they did hosting, best team ever!!! I don't know anything about building a website, but im a quick learner, Im a diesel tech and train conductor and if i have a question im contacting wp dating team.

these guys are responsive and helpfull. the lost art of customer service is alive again... well done

This plugin gets five stars for their support. The plugin in itself is not fully developed in certain aspects, translation for instance, but will definately be soon if they continue solving everything in the excellent way that they are helping us!

Excellent support provided by the plugin developpers
