Unfortunately we have found that this company is just a straight up scam. Will be losing thousands now that they have "officially exhausted all their options" to be able to repay all investors. Pay outs have been paused since 2023. It's 2026. If you're reading this, it's probably too late for you.

Today I got an email that my approx $1400 investment in worthy bonds is worthless. They advertises they are super safe. Definitely not worth the risk of losing the whole investment. I thought if worthy would go insolvent I would get like 70 cents on the dollar and worthy bonds would go bankrupt. Instead they declare my bonds worthless. And sell more bonds to unexpecting people. Buy CDs or invest in mutual funds, but not worthy. Below is the email from worthy bonds. As of February 2nd, 2026, after exhausting all available debt-recovery and asset sale efforts, Worthy Peer Capital II has determined that no further funds remain for distribution to bondholders. As a result, any securities held in this offering should at this time be considered worthless. Please contact your tax professional regarding the appropriate tax treatment for any loss related to the foregoing. When we first paused redemptions in 2023, we shared that Worthy Lending--our subsidiary that invested the bond proceeds--was experiencing illiquidity driven by borrower challenges and economic factors due to the COVID pandemic. Since then, we've taken every reasonable measure to recover assets, pursue collections, and support repayment. While we managed to recover millions of dollars for investors, recoveries were not sufficient to redeem all remaining bonds. We're deeply sorry for this outcome and truly appreciate your patience throughout this process.

After years of waiting, my money frozen, yet still having to pay taxes on the interest, I finally received the confirmation email that the bonds I hold are completely worthless, I am getting absolutely no money back, and to consult a tax professional to write off my loss. I cannot stress enough how risky this company is and to stay clear. I’m fortunate to be able to take the hit, but there are countless others who have just lost their savings while this company continues to collect more and more funds from unsuspecting customers.

If your goal is toooo LOOOSE money this is the place for you. DO NOT PLACE A DOLLAR WITH THEM. Them and LENDING CLUB are terrible go to Vegas you will at least have a little fun loosing your money. I agree with AI on this looser:Default Concerns: Reports from early 2025 suggest that Worthy defaulted on 3 of its 4 loan offerings, with claims of negative net equity and accusations of the service operating like a Ponzi scheme.

Worthy Financial froze redemptions for years, gave almost no real updates, and kept showing “interest” like everything was fine. Now we just received an email saying they lost everyone’s money and the bonds are basically worthless. I lost all the money I invested. Stay far away.

Absolute criminals. Do not under any circumstances give these people your money.

I lost $600 with worthy. They constantly reassure you that their asset-backed bonds are "safe" yet my "bonds" on their first and second rounds were frozen in 2023, they stated they'd continue to accrue interest while consolidating funds, and now yesterday it was declared unrecoverable. Shameful.
