Bait and Switch
I thought I would try the free trial to see how I would like it. I did not like it. The website allowed me to be uncover 4 different prices, then it would not allow me to view any other prices and said, "This action requires a paying subscription" I thought that is what the free trial was for? Is to allow me to use the service as if I was a paying customer. I get 4 prices and then it wants me to pay during my so-called free trial So, I cancelled my so-called free trial. After I cancelled a status notice pops up and it reads, "You are currently a non-paying account that allows you to search but not view any details." Heck, I did not get any details anyhow but except 4 prices and then requires payment during my free trail. Why call it a free trial? I think the free trial is a way of hoping you will forget you got a pending subscription out there and get nothing for it during the free trail.

Hello, We thank you for your time to leave us a review. We’re sorry that you didn’t have a better experience with us. Since we don't have your information to research for this instance, it sounds like you may have tried to set up the subscription to start the free trial, which is 7 lookups or 7 days, whichever comes first. However, we need to dig a little deeper to help get to the bottom of your issue. Please reach out via email at [email protected], or phone 877.481.5750 and we’ll be glad to get things resolved for you. WorthPoint Customer Care Team [email protected] 877.481.5750
