why are you taking $30-$35 per month…
why are you taking $30-$35 per month from my credit card??. I did not authorize this and I would like a refund now please. Just spoke to "customer service". They have been taking this fee since 2019! For a $300 watch I looked at once. Shame on me for not paying attention but this is a SCAM. They send a letter full of useless sales pitches and included in the nonsense is the reminder that the "membership" is automatically renewing. AND, they won't give the money back. Total ripoff.

After investigating the account information, our records show that on 4/10/2019, the account under the email address [email protected] initiated the “Price Guide Premium” subscription for $22.99 monthly. Each subscription provides a free trial. Our free trial is 7 lookups or 7 days, whichever comes first. If the subscription is not canceled, the subscription will begin. Since the trial was never canceled, a subscription started on 04/17/2019, and continued to bill on the 17th of each month until we spoke with you on 6/19/23.
