World wide floors met my expectations.

am first time home buyers and want hardwood floor for entire home. World wide made it easy with payments, installations. Neat work done. Installations guys were super friendly and did a amazing job. They did a wonderfull job on my stairs. Am so glad we decided to choose Worldwide.

Everything went well, there was a little confusion on the installation of quarter-round moulding on the baseboard. We agreed at time of purchase that I would buy and stain the pieces, and the installer would cut and install. They almost left without doing the installation - but once we addressed the confusion, they took care of it

My husband and I just purchased tile from Worldwide Wholesale Floor Coverings in Lawrenceville for out two bathrooms. As many know, picking out tile can be stressful. We found that the staff at Worldwide go above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. We worked with Jill Iverson who was so nice to deal with. She had great knowledge about all the products and after we told her what we were looking for, she had so many good ideas. Working with her helped the tile selection process be fun and exciting unlike other places we went to in the past. We look forward to using them for other household projects in the future.

This store has a large selection. Sales person was nice, knowledgeable and helpful. The measuring technician was quick and thorough. Installation did happen by our target date, however, when the installers showed up, suddenly we were asked who was going to remove the toilet from the powder room. Not one person up to that point had mentioned that we had to take care of that, though all knew there was a toilet involved. The contract indicated customer was responsible for disconnecting and reconnecting appliances. A toilet is not an appliance but a plumbing fixture and should have been referred to as such to be perfectly clear. Anyway, there we were with a situation that we weren't expecting and had to get a plumber in the mix. Not happy about the sudden rise in the anxiety level, which could have been avoided. Our flooring was installed properly and looks great. I would use this vendor again but I will be asking a whole lot of questions next time.

I found their service to be excellent. Marty and Leslie Schlesinger made a good sales team. They directed us to a laminate floor that we are very pleased with at a good price. Marty measured and based on my own calculations was accurate. The job included carpet removal and moving very heavy furniture. The installer was prompt and courteous and did a very good job with the installation. We are very pleased with the end result. The furniture was put back to where we wanted it and they took all of the trash, old carpet, flooring scraps, and even the sawdust with them.

The whole process went smoothly from selection to installation. Chris and Tom at the Edison store were very helpful and got our installation scheduled before the holidays. It went smoothly and the installers did an excellent job, especially with the clean up. They had to remove two wooden floors before they could install the new one and we were impressed with their skill and speed. The new floor looks beautiful.
