RoviaReviews of worldventures.rovia.com

I have used Rovia for nearly Two years now and every time I use Rovia and now dreamtrips search engine I find the lowest price or earn my commissions through the online search engine when booking. The 150% price pledge is amazing! Rovia stands behind their promise and if they don't have the lowest price they will pay you 150% of the difference in Rovia Bucks to spend on future travel. I have earned hundreds of dollars through utilizing the Price Pledge. Last year my Rovia Search Engine Saved me approx $8,000 last year and this year it's going to be even higher. When tying in the DreamTrips online shopping mall and the Rovia Bucks that you can earn it becomes a perfect and easy choice! Free or guaranteed lowest travel is better than paying too much or any at all.

I love booking through this company! I had to cancel a room reservation so I called customer service, they were very nice and helpful! Would definitely recommend booking through this company!

I love the rovia customer service , they've always been great ! I've saved lot of money through the site which is great too! I'd absolutely recommend booking through them.

I had several needs to our son being handicap and having medical conditions. They were very friendly and easy to work with. They did everything they could to make it easy on us. I highly recommend them.

Booked with Rovia dozens of times and never had any issues. In fact, their customer service has been better than other booking engines in my experience as well. There doesn't seem to be any misleading information and I always get what I'm expecting when I book.

I always find the best prices on my Rovia site!

I have started using Rovia in February of 2016. During my experience, I have used the online booking engine for airlines, hotels and car rentals. Using the site is easy. You just put in your search dates and location and the list of available hotels pops up. Just like any other site except I have always gotten the lowest price. I do like to get on the other sites to shop around but using my site it has been my experience that they have the best deal. I have been on 7 vacations this year alone and one of those was a dreamtrip to Walt Disney World. On our dreamtrip, we went in July since kids were out of school. I had research Disney vacations before and never thought I could afford to take my family as going was several thousand dollars and that didn't include necessities like food or transportation! My dreamtrip was for 2 adults and 2 kids. We went for $1100! Included was our hotel stay, a hot breakfast buffet, 2 day park hopper passes, transportation, and a cocktail party! Pur friends who are platinum members got tickets to Universal studios that they can use anytime through out the next year! So booking the trip with our membership was like we got a free hotel stay! The other vacations were for business and other destinations that didn't have a wholesale trip at the destination we wanted to go to. I have booked enough travel that I actually had enough rovia bucks to cover my hotel stay and car rental when I traveled to Miami! I never really got FREE travel with Expedia. I also like to check that everything I book goes through, just cause I'm like that, so after I recieve my booking confirmation I call Rovia to check and make sure it is in the system. I do this just to help with quality control and everytime I am not surprised that everything is good to go. I have total peace of mind knowing that this is the best way to travel and save myself so much time booking travel. I have personally never had a problem with the service! Thank you Rovia for making travel simple. My family has thoroughly enjoyed our vacations!

I just had a new baby boy. Prior to his arrival I booked a DreamTrip for Dubai. I recently requested a refund my trip wouldn't have been until Christmas time of this year.. My request was made over a month ago.. First I was told it would take 5-7 business days to receive my refund.. I was totally cool with that.. Then two weeks pass no refund.. I call my bank to see if any deposit was pending from ROVIA or World Ventures and it was not. So I call back again only to be told the same thing.. I call back a third time only to be told my card I used to purchase my trip was no longer on file. WOW!!! So all this time I waited for a refund that would NEVER come because my card was NO LONGER in file.. So I fill out a form sent to me via email giving my original credit card information. Then I'm told to wait an additional 5-7 business days.. Well today I call only to be told a manager hasn't signed off on my refund as of yet because NOW my refund has to be approved by a different department and after 5 entire business days no one has gotten around to my refund.. Needless to say I'm disappointed and not pleased. When I asked the operator who do I report this to she informed me no one from ROVIA would take my complaint and that I should inform World Ventures.
