I booked a cruise on Royal Caribbean and the rep was horrible. She can only be contacted through email and she doesn't return your phone calls. This company is completely out of touch. Still waiting for my confirmation for cruise and they already charged my credit card and if i do not receive any response in the next few days I will have to contact the authorities about this fraudulent charge. Customer service is very lax or nonexistent. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IT SUCKS AND NO ONE WANTS TO HELP.........

My friend booked me a round trip ticket via Dream trips using my debit card. I received an email saying about problem with my payment. So I immediately checked my account and saw that the money was deducted already, and thought that the problem have been solved SINCE THE MONEY WAS DEDUCTED. I called the airlines a few days before my flight and found out that my reservation has been cancelled. So we talked to their customer service and have been asking for a refund. It's been 2 months now and no reply whatsoever.

I am extremely disappointed and upset at Rovia. The company is unresponsive and replies to emails after months. The emails do not address any questions but revert with canned answers. I can no longer use my points because they unilaterally canceled my account without talking to me. I requested a person to discuss my account and instead received a canceled subscription email and I cannor use my points I have accumulated for a year!!!! That is fraudulant and theft.

Bad customer service. And they only allow a family with only ONE child 99% of their trips. A waste of money paying $50 a month, very limited to the trips I can take with 2 of my children. So don’t waste your MONEY!!! Don’t sign up!

A friend booked a hotel stay using the WV App with my credit card. The hotel would not accept the reservation so they could not stay there but I was still charged the full amount on my credit card. The charge was from Priceline. So if you want to travel cheaply just use Priceline or google search and then you won't have to pay a monthly fee for a travel club. VW said they would issue a credit but it has been two months now and still no refund.

Judging by their organisers and "top sales" people as well as some of their clientele. It's safe to say that schoolies are more well behaved. This whole Rovia, dream trips and world ventures ecxrement is just another Amway pyramid scam. STAY WELL AWAY. The "membership" you pay and monthly fee is what you'd save on a holiday anyway or several holidays. And like Christmas toys with "batteries not included" your so called deal looks great until you realise "flights aren't included". It's a scam people are some of the most mongoloid cheap azz scum of the earth I've ever encountered. Give them an inch and they'll take a mile. If something is free they'll take as many as they can. Just awful insert excement describing word here people. Worse than the line you'd encounter at Centrelink or Vegan, non gender identifying, hipster, tofu loving, anti vaccinating, flat earth believing conspiracy theorists. Just pure scum of the earth.
