Surprisingly expensive. For example, a bottle of vanilla you can get any day at HomeGoods for $12 is $25. Scottish shortbread also double the price. Small package of cocktail napkins $6. Quality of many items not that great.

I recently purchased the Vintage Santa mugs online after being unable to find them in store. They were packaged with care and received within a day. Another perfect, seamless transaction.

Cast iron enamel pots. Don’t buy them. The enamel chips. I bought one for my son and they wouldn’t stand by their product when a giant piece of enamel came off because it was over the 60 days. The pot was only used for bread baking. If I had bought one from Sur La Table they would have replaced it. I have another brand which I have owed for 12 years. No chips I. The enamel.

Item shipped to me was used, either floor model or return. Sold as new, cracked and not shipped in original packaging. Basically threw a used lamp into a generic cardboard box with some tape and shipped it. Customer service wanted me to dispose of it for them, so now I have to fill up our trash container with this broken used lamp. I was trust pilot would provide an area for photos to be uploaded.
