WordStreamReviews of wordstream.com

WordStream Live is an excellent conference packed with interesting, actionable information presented in clear, concise sessions. It was also a great opportunity to meet with WordStream staff in person, especially Navah and Francine. The only issue was the breakout sessions were at the same time as the main room sessions and I would have liked to have attended them all!

As a new PPC admin for a local company, I was hesitant to outsource. I decided to go with WordStream primarily because they offer professional guidance as an option in addition to their excellent software. The onboarding sessions are priceless and my account specialist is stellar in knowledge and responsiveness. It truly makes a positive difference in my schedule to have structured steps in my PPC regimen. The 20-Minute Work Week software is also a great resource for keyword research, and the conversion tracking tools are easy-peasy to implement. The best for last: I have seen a tremendous increase in impressions, clicks and lowered overall PPC costs as a result of partnering with WordStream.

THis is a great service that has proven results. My time managing my ppc campaign has cut in half, and on top of that I'm learning how to do it. The wordstream team is amazing, professional, knowledgeable and has the experience to save you money and time.

I love WordStream the system makes managing online advertising super fast and easy. My consultant Matt is outstanding he has taught me show much in just 3 short months. Together we have decreased my clients budgets and doubled their conversions! I receive great customer service anytime I have a question.

We came on with Wordstream at the start of the year. Wordstream manages our Facebook, Bing, Gemini, and Adwords accounts. Makes my job easier, they have them running smoother and have increased our ROI's on all of our accounts!

Good tools to keep organized and easily present a comprehensive overview of client PPC accounts in one centralized location. The customer service sets the software head and shoulders above any previous software our agency has used. Would recommend to others.

These folks definitely know how to optimize an Adwords campaign. However, their overall Google base knowledge seems fragmented among specialists. It took 3 months for my assigned adviser to notice that my site lacked an SSL certificate. While they thought it might be a problem, the adviser did not connect my traffic difficulties to the Google announcement for SSL certificate requirements made in October 2017. My adviser also approved a change to my Adwords campaign that was against Google policy and got all my ads halted until I fixed it. Their automated algorithms for keywords don't seem to work for my niche, but their editing tools are *soooo* much easier to use than the native adwords tools.

I have found the tool and support to be very helpful in managing my AdWords account. I have reduced my CPC and overall spend and increased my leads. The 20-minute work week makes it easy to incorporate weekly adjustments. The reports also make it very easy for me to give management a clear picture of how our ads are performing. I have recommended and will continue to recommend WordStream to others.
