WordStream is a great software for either starting off your Google Adwords accounts or managing it if you are short on time. The weekly checklist system it uses to quickly manage/update your account was fantastic for helping us keep on top of our pay per clicks. With the ability to tidy up our keywords weekly, we saved a great deal of money by not wasting clicks. If you are having issues with your Google Adwords, I highly recommend giving WordStream a shot.

For newbies like ourselves, their consulting service is a great compliment to the software they provide. One-on-one calls with a dedicated rep can get means that the person who's on the phone with you learns about your specific needs. I can't recommend this service enough.

The WordStream Premier Consulting has been a fantastic asset and learning tool for us. Our rep, Matt Haley, is extremely knowledgeable and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure we fully understand the PPC recommendations they are giving and the reason why. The tool itself is very well built and is completely integrated with Google Adwords. It's incredibly helpful to make all the desired campaign changes within WordStream and then just click and button to sync it all over to Adwords!

I was really surprised how helpful this service is. They have dramatically lowered my adwords spend - by about 75%!- as well as increased the effectiveness of the ads. And the regular calls keep me on task with making sure everything gets done and it doesn't slip off my to do list. Money very, very well spent!

Wordstream, through it's Wordstream Advisor software and regular consulting calls has helped us, a small business with limited resources, maximize our investment in Adwords and become more effective. I would recommend to anyone that needs to make sense of the Google and Facebook ad world, anyone that needs to rationalize their spend or who has growth objectives they need to meet. You will spend less time on the repetitive tasks and more time on the value based tasks

The 20 minute work week is literally my favorite feature. If you are low on time/people this will save your life. In addition to this, I love the dashboard and the ease of use -- it looks simple to the eye, you can navigate through tabs with no confusion, and you are able to hide everything that is paused which really eases the way you look at the stats. QueryStream is also one of my favorite tools (say bye to hours of keyword research, this is the tool you need to save time). As for improvements, Facebook implementation needs a lot of edits. I should be able to categorize different forms of conversions (landing page views, brand awareness, and post engagements should not be their own form of conversion vs purchase conversions). We disconnected our Facebook because the CPA was too low due to low costs of the other non-purchase conversions. I would like to see Wordstream recommend other audiences other than lookalike audiences that we have already tested. Other improvements. I would love to be able to see extensions in a better format. To look at these, I have found it better to go into Adwords, since I can see all the site extensions in one place. Adding an extensions tab next to the ads tab would be very helpful.
