Wordstream team is an extension of my digital team, which has supported us in successfully executing and managing digital campaigns across the digital channels. With so many moving parts to manage in the digital ecosystem, the Wordstream team has shown extreme agility in changing the campaign directions as our priorities shift. As a Director of Digital Marketing, I couldn't have asked for a better supporting marketing partner.

Wordstream has been a great tool for helping me for audit new accounts and for performing ongoing maintenance especially regarding ad copy and keyword optimization. I hope they continue to improve their product as I think they can continue improving upon their already solid product.

So far I have found Wordstream to be very easy to use for the most part and it helps me target items that need to be addressed quickly in the accounts that I run. All of my accounts are performing better than ever. I have had a few issues but they are quick to respond and eager to help. They value feedback and are very personable to deal with.

Really like the tools. I use the querystream and new business tools a lot. I already mentioned before to our on going rep that the new business tool can be not consistent with results some times but that is my only complaint.

WordStream makes it easy to understand how our ads and keywords are working in terms of driving traffic into our website and increasing our social media presence. It is nice to have everything wrap up into one easy to read report. The transition over was smooth well and recommend their services.

Everything is great. The keyword suggestions are the only thing that I don't usually make use of because they only suggest the same keyword but with only a slight variation like a misspelled keyword. I tried the suggestions but they are not having much data and conversions.
