Used WordStream for many years and left dissatisfied. I had them managing our Paid Search Accounts across Google, BING and Facebook and felt that despite my lack of time and knowledge I could've done a better job myself. I saw my advertising costs go up, the conversion go down and I was paying a premium fee to have them "manage" my account.

These people will not stop sending me emails after I have emailed them numerous times to unsubscribe from their list even though I never subscribed plus they do not have an unsubscribe option which is against the law in Australia. Sean covert, remove my email!

I feel this company has deceptive and fraudulent practices in presenting a software that does virtually nothing. They continue to make excuses so they can continue to charge your card and state that their “software has to learn your campaigns” and to “give it more time” all along knowing this is absolutely untrue. In addition, as a marketing agency they knew we had 60 campaigns and would continue to get more and they NEVER told us the software was limited to 10 campaigns. Only after calling them over and over and telling them it was limiting the number of campaigns did they tell us it was only for 10! That is also when they lowered the cost from $709 to $425 to try and pacify us to continuing to pay for it. Then after we had enough of the lies, I told them to stop the charges and they continued to charge my card and then refused to refund the charges. I am contesting ALL charges due to the deceptive and fraudulent practices of this company.

Total ripoffs as they don't tell you that Google does the SAME exact thing that they do and better. They sell you a boat and try to get you to sign a contract and then when you realize after 1 month of using it that Google does the same for free and does it better, they say, you signed the contract SORRY can't go back. First a great salesman sells you the world and then transfers you etc. You know how it goes. Yes and I just read the review before mine and I forgot to mention that for the past 5 months I JUST DISCOVERED, they have been charging my card an additional $115 a month without my knowledge.

One on one consultation services may be worth it but don't get fooled by the software. Also watch for unauthorized billing and incorrect charges. Experienced it first hand.
