WordStreamReviews of wordstream.com

Sales team (**name removed**) far too pushy for my liking. Software isn't all it's cracked up to be, however these "Adwords Experts" will insist it is the best on the market which isn't true. Save your money and get a decent Adwords agency to look after your account. Update - 26/02/20198 Oh, and they hassled me to remove the name of the pushy sales person!

Wordstream has allowed us to expand our workload in SEM by giving us very pointed and excellent suggestion to implement. I strongly recommend using Wordstream consulting services as well. They are very knowledgeable and helped us learn the product and how to optimize campaigns quickly. Great product and great people.

"Subpar Software, Incompetent Staff, Rediculous Contracts" What do you like best? The reason I let their high pressure sales tactics lure me into signing the contract is they promised the software would improve ROI and be easier to use then the google platform.. What do you dislike? It's not actually easier then the google platform, especially adwords editor. I didnt even know about editor, part of the reason why I signed up for the consulting. It wasnt until I threated to cancel they actually gave me a somewhat competent consultant, and as soon as I tried editor I realized why they were trying to hide it from me.. So aside from the staff sucking, and the software being terrible for creating new campaigns because they haven't even adapted it to all of Googles new functions, one promise is automated suggestions to optimize your account. I stopped getting these suggestions after the first couple weeks then the few I got were completely worthless. ^^^^^1 word to describe Wordstream? GIMMICK. Recommendations to others considering the product Simply don't do it. They will steal your money. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It didnt work for anything they promised it would. If there are any issues at this point it's the fact they lock you into a contract (because they know youll want to leave when you realize how bad it is). Zero benefits whatsoever, with the exception of their exceptional free learning materials (that you dont have to pay for. Stuff on the "Customer Portal" is no different then the blog for the most part.

Wordstream is refining my business. I have learned so much about Google AdWords from my dedicated Wordstream advisor. The help and advice I get is helping me refine and hone my Google AdWords to produce conversions. I appreciate the ease of using Wordstream and how much feedback the site provides to me. Wordstream is easy, smart and very effective!

We have been very happy with WordStream. Our consultant has been VERY helpful. AdWords is not the easy platform to navigate but by using WordStream, it has made the task a lot easier. Would highly recommend using WordStream. It could help your business grow like it helped us!

I was leary of subscribing to yet another marketing automation solution. We've used several (and still do) different offerings to varying degrees of success. Most do what they say but perhaps to a lesser degree than our expectations. Wordstream is an exception for sure. They promised some pretty solid results and we figured if they could hit half of them we would at least break even on the bet. We are not a large company with a large marketing budget and we scrutinize every expenditure as a result. Wordstream cuts our PPC costs 30%, doubled our conversions and lowered our CAC dramatically. They more than delivered on their promise.

Excellent. Makes my job so much quicker and easier. User friendly interface and brilliant customer support.

An easy to use platform and very good advice from their experts.
